After such changes, Online Empires continued use implies an express acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes.

Licenses

The Online Empires and the content provided through it are property of OE PTY LTD or its licensors. We grant them to users under a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license for their personal and non-commercial use of the Service.

Online Empires retains ownership of all copies of software applica-tions even after installation on users' devices. You may not assign, transfer or sub-license any of your rights under this License to any third party.

All Online Empires trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and all other Online Empires trademark features are the exclusive property of OE PTY LTD. This License does not grant any right to use the trademarks, Online Empires service marks, trade names, log-os, domain names, or other Online Empires trademark features, whether for commercial or non-commercial use.

The user agrees not to use the Online Empires Service (including but not limited to its content) in any way that is not expressly provided for by these Conditions.

Third-party software collections included in the Online Empires Service are licensed according to the rules outlined in these Terms.

Third-party services

Online Empires, to properly provide its services, may (now or in the future) use third party applications, websites, and content directly offered by third parties ("Third Party Applications"). The use of these applications is subject to their terms of use. You acknowledge and agree that Online Empires is not responsible for any third-party application's behavior, features, or content.
User content

Users of Online Empires may post (now or in the future), upload, and/or contribute ("post") Content to the Service, including photographs, text, and other Content ("Content"). You have the right to post any Content within the System and warrant that such Content or your use by us, as provided in these Agreements, will not violate these Agreements, applicable law, intellectual property, or the rights of others. As a result of this, you grant us an international, non-exclusive, transfera-ble, sub-licensable, royalty-free, royalty-free license to any Content posted on or in connection with, Online Empires. The above license will be in effect until you suspend your Online Empires account except in the case of Content posted, made public, or shared with others. In addition to the rights specifi-cally granted herein, you retain ownership of all rights, including intellectual proper-ty rights, in the Content posted on the Online Empires service, except that, where applicable under the laws of your country, you agree to waive your right to be identified as the author of any Content on the Online Empires service and your right to object to derogatory treatment.

Online Empires does not monitor, review or modify the Content post-ed but reserves the right to remove or disable access to it for any reason, including, but not limited to, Content that, in our sole discretion, violates these Agreements. Online Empires may take such action without prior notice to you. Removal or disabling of access to the Content in question will be at our sole discre-tion. We cannot guarantee the removal or disable of any Content that violates these Agreements.

Online Empires is not responsible for the Content posted and does not endorse any opinion contained therein. If you believe that any Content infringes any intellectual property rights, please contact us using our official email address.

Purchases

Suppose you wish to sign up, purchase or engage with any product or service made available through this website. In that case, you will be asked to provide information relevant to your purchase, including, without limitation, your credit card number, your card expiration date credit card, your billing address.

Using a specific credit card, the user implicitly declares to have full use of the pay-ment method.

You grant us the right to employ any third-party service we use to facilitate payment and complete purchases. Sending information is considered approval.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to errors in the description, or price of the product or service or any other error in the order or other reasons.

Subscriptions and registrations

Some site services are provided under subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (billing cycle). Billing cycles are set up monthly.

PRICES/FEES MODIFICATIONS

We may change our rates at any time, at our sole discretion, and at any time. Any rate changes will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We agree to provide you with reasonable notice of any rate changes to allow you to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.
If you continue to use the services after the subscription fee change comes into ef-fect, this constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Limitations and Service modifications

Online Empires will make reasonable efforts to keep the Online Empires Service operational. However, from time to time, some technical difficulties or maintenance operations may cause temporary interruptions. To the ex-tent permitted by applicable law, Online Empires reserves the right to modify or discontinue (periodically or temporarily) the Online Empires Service's functions and capabilities.

This operation will be applied with or with-out notice and without any liability to users, except where prohibited by law.

Termination and cancellation

The Agreements will remain in force until terminated by the user or Online Empires. However, the user understands and agrees that Online Empires may suspend or completely deny access to any user's services without any written notice.

HOWEVER, THE USER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THE ONLINE EMPIRES SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR EXPRESS OR IM-PLIED STATUS OF ANY KIND. YOU USE ONLINE EMPIRES SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM LIMITS LAID DOWN BY APPLICABLE LAW, ONLINE EMPIRES, AND ALL CONTENT OWNERS DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INSURANCE AND DENY ANY WARRANTY OR SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THAT ONLINE EMPIRES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN USER AND SUPPLIERS THIRD PARTIES OF APPLICATIONS OR THIRD-PARTY PROD-UCTS OR SERVICES PUBLISHED ON OR THROUGH ONLINE EMPIRES SERVICE. Severability and waiver

Unless otherwise provided in the Agreement does not exclude or cancel the others if any provision in the Agreement is deemed unenforceable for any reason. The appli-cation of these provisions is valid to the extent permitted by law.
Failure by Online Empires or any third-party recipient to enforce any associated agreements or clauses will not void Online Empires rights or any third party beneficiary's rights to do so.

Jurisdiction

OE PTY LTD operates in full accordance with the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. In this sense, any dispute or legal controversy will be resolved in the ex-clusive courts of the United Kingdom.
